Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how SILVERPEAK INNOVATIONS LTD (“SILVERPEAK”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies on 3dpolyx.com (the “Store”).

It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

When you visit the Store, we may use cookies as described below. Cookies that are necessary for the Store to operate may be used automatically. Other cookies will only be used where you have given the required consent.

You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time through the cookie settings available on the Store.

Cookies are small text files placed on your computer, tablet, smartphone or other device when you visit a website.

They are commonly used to keep websites working properly and to make them easier to use. For example, cookies can keep you logged in, remember your preferences, support security features and help maintain a checkout session.

Cookies can also provide information about how visitors use a website. This helps us understand which parts of the Store are being used, identify technical issues and improve its performance.

Cookies placed directly by 3dpolyx.com are generally referred to as first-party cookies. Cookies placed by another service, such as an analytics or advertising provider, are known as third-party cookies.

Third-party cookies may also be used to understand browsing activity across different websites or to provide and measure advertising.

More general information about cookies is available at www.aboutcookies.org and www.allaboutcookies.org.

The Store may use the following types of cookies.

2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are needed for the Store to work.

They support functions such as secure login, account management, security, checkout and transaction processing. Without them, certain parts of the Store may not operate correctly.

Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.

Other cookies will not be placed on your device unless you have provided consent where consent is required.

2.2 Non-Essential Cookies

We may also use cookies that are not required for the basic operation of the Store.

These cookies can help us understand how the Store is used, remember certain preferences and provide additional functionality.

2.2.1 Performance and Analytics Cookies

Performance and analytics cookies provide information about the way visitors use the Store.

This can include information about pages visited, how visitors move between pages, the time spent on the Store and technical errors that may occur.

We use this information to understand how the Store performs and where improvements may be needed.

Analytics cookies may be provided by third-party services such as Google Analytics.

Where possible, analytics information is anonymised or aggregated. Performance and analytics cookies will only be used where the necessary consent has been provided.

2.2.2 Functional Cookies

Functional cookies remember choices made when using the Store, such as language or regional preferences.

They allow us to provide certain features without requiring you to select the same preferences each time you return.

Where consent is required, these cookies will only be used after you have agreed to them.

2.2.3 Targeting and Advertising Cookies

Advertising partners may place cookies through the Store where advertising services are used.

These cookies can be used to understand your interests, show more relevant advertising on other websites and measure how advertising performs.

They generally identify a browser or device rather than storing information such as your name directly in the cookie.

Targeting and advertising cookies will only be used with your consent.

You can withdraw that consent through the cookie settings on the Store.

Cookies may be used to:

• operate and secure the Store;
• keep account and checkout functions working;
• recognise returning visitors;
• remember preferences;
• understand how the Store is being used;
• monitor and improve performance; and
• provide or measure advertising, where applicable.

The cookies actually used will depend on the services and features active on the Store and on the cookie choices you make.

Some services used on 3dpolyx.com are provided by third parties. These may include analytics providers, advertising services and other technical service providers.

Where these services use their own cookies, the relevant third party may receive information collected through those cookies. We do not directly control how third-party cookies operate once they are placed by the relevant provider.

Their use of information is subject to their own privacy and cookie policies.

Some information collected through cookies may qualify as personal data. Depending on the cookie, this may include an IP address, browser or device information, online identifiers and information about activity on the Store.

Where cookie information is personal data, we process it in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the GDPR and UK GDPR, where applicable.

More information about how SILVERPEAK handles personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

When you first visit 3dpolyx.com, you may see a cookie banner asking you to choose whether you accept non-essential cookies.

You can accept or reject these cookies and, where the cookie settings allow it, select individual categories.

Your preferences can be changed later through the cookie settings available on the Store.

Cookies can also be blocked or deleted through your browser. Browser controls differ, but the main browsers provide settings for viewing, removing and restricting cookies, including:

• Google Chrome;
• Mozilla Firefox;
• Safari; and
• Microsoft Edge.

Please keep in mind that blocking certain cookies can affect how the Store works. In particular, disabling cookies required for login, checkout, security or transaction processing may prevent those functions from operating correctly.

Cookies do not all remain on your device for the same length of time.

Some are session cookies and are removed when the browser is closed.

Others are persistent cookies and remain until their expiry date or until you delete them manually.

Depending on their purpose, persistent cookies used in connection with the Store may remain on a device for a period ranging from several days to up to two years.

You can remove stored cookies at any time through your browser settings.

We review the cookies used on the Store and their retention periods from time to time, particularly when changes are made to the services or providers used by 3dpolyx.com.

We may update this Cookie Policy when our use of cookies changes or when changes are required because of new technology, service providers, legal requirements or changes to the Store.

The current version will be published on 3dpolyx.com. The date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last updated.

If we make a significant change to the way non-essential cookies are used, we will provide additional notice or request consent again where this is required by law.
